Help my team mates cat up and then cat up with them.
What is your Favorite Race?
I really like downtown crits, not so much that I do well at them, but for the spectacle: Downtown Burlington Crit, Downtown Portsmouth Crit
Who were/are your cycling mentors and/or influences?
Jens Voigt – always has the right attitude, a team player till the very end, and can seal the deal when necessary
What was your worst or most embarrassing moment on the bike?
Crashing twice in a 15min span while descending Middlebury Gap at the Green Mountain Stage Race in 2006, it was wet and the first one I was going near 50mph and overshot a left hander, hit a ditch and went flying, and then again towards the bottom at around 28mph hit the yellow line and slid out into another ditch! I’ve been chilling out on my descents since then…
What’s the one thing you’ve done on a ride (training or race) that you will absolutely never do again?
Eat dairy before riding, apparently I’m somewhat lactose intolerant during exercise.
